How often do we tell our children we love them? How often do we tell the significant people in our lives that we love them?
Our most basic need is for physical survival (food and shelter) and this is closely followed by love and belongingness which is an essential part of the hierarchy of human needs.
We all want to fit in and belong and we all want to be loved. Building healthy and positive relationships and friendships, where there is trust and acceptance, is an essential need.
Postive relationships is, and has been for a number of years, a part of the Bakewell Mantra. Positive relationships enable us, and are a key driver, to grow and achieve - whether that be at school, work and in life.
