Through our partnerships we aim to improve student engagement, improve academic outcomes for students, enhance the social wellbeing of students and strengthen professional learning opportunities for staff.

AVID Australia and Victoria University

We have a strong partnership with AVID Australia and Victoria University, who provide professional learning and support for our school community and educators. There are currently over 40 schools in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia implementing AVID.

We are proud to be the only school in Australia to be an AVID certified school.

Charles Darwin University

Bakewell Primary School is an approved Charles Darwin University teaching school.
