Wrapping up 2017.
We have had another year focussed on school improvement and excellence in education. importantly we have continued our primary focus on quality teaching and learning and student achievement; this remains our core business.
In 2017 Bakewell progressed a number of exciting innovations including:
- 1:1 iPad Learning Project for all Year 4 and 5 students;
- Bakewell School Supported Playgroup for children aged 0 – 4;
- Academic Advancement Classes;
- Student Counselling and Wellbeing Program
- Chinese Language and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) classes
- International Partnerships with China and Timor Leste
